Frank David Greene

Frank is one of the most in-demand Lead Trumpet players in New York. He has spent the past three years as the lead trumpet in the CBS Orchestra for: 

‘The Late Show with David Letterman’

Frank was raised in Northern California to non-musical family. He is an alumnus of the University of North Texas, where Frank played Lead Trumpet in the famed One O’clock Lab Band. He was recruited to play with Woody Herman at just 21 years of age. 

Frank went on to spend the next five years playing Lead Trumpet, Recording and Touring with the great Maynard Ferguson.
